They continue their food service journey with their newest endeavor, Scharnell's Catering & Deli. This is actually a continuation of Scharnell's Grey Manor Catering which is the business Steve's parents started 24 years ago. They have come full circle.

Steven and Angie both started their food service careers over 20 years ago. For Angie, it was at a pizzeria in Platteville and for Steve, it was at his parents catering business in Hustisford. They have both stayed in food service for about 24 years gaining a variety of experiences. These experiences include all types of food, employee, and business management. They have worked in various restaurants, bars, delis, and with catering. They owned their own restaurant and also a coffee / sandwich shop in Hustisford. To top it off, they are the proud parents of two children; Jon 11 and Sarah 8. |
