How much food do we need?
If you hire us for a full service meal, we will determine the amount of food that you will need, and you pay based on your guest count. If you want a deli delivery from us (food by the pound), there are guides on the menu as to how much you will need and we will also help you to determine the amount needed.
Do you provide linens?
For a full service buffet, we provide the linens for our buffet table. If you want linens for your guest tables, we can provide them for an additional charge based on the size of the tables and number of guests.
Do you provide china and glassware?
We provide china and glassware for the full service plate dinners at no additional charge. For buffets, we provide good quality disposable plates and cups. You may have real plates, cups and goblets for a small additional charge.
Do you provide real silverware?
We provide real flatware for full service buffets and served plate dinners at no extra charge.
What size group can you serve?
It depends a little bit on what you want served. There is no group too small, and we have done groups numbering more than 500.
Do you serve alcohol?
We are licensed to provide and serve beer and wine. We can also provide licensed bartenders.
Do you do pig roasts?
We no not do onsite pig roasts. We do serve regular or BBQ’d pork roast.
Am I limited to the items on your menus?
Not at all. We are a full service catering business and certainly not limited to the items on our menu. We work with you to come up with the menu that you want.
What do you charge?
We have our prices listed in the menu section. If you want items that are not listed, just contact us by phone or email and we will provide you with the prices. You can use the Contact Us page on this website, if you wish.
Can I get a copy of your menus?
Just call us (262) 560-0566, email us or use the Contact Us form and we will mail them out to you. You can see our menus on this website.
